I know about the press "C" but it doesn't take a picture of the settings. (EDIT: When I looked through my mods, i noticed i had ones in there that weren't needed for it to run correctly, so i deleted them. If anybody knows what my problem is, please give me your wisdom. I've downloaded about 10 different skin tones, so i know they are not showing up. I have a full panel with 13 EA skin tones visible without a scroll wheel, but none of my CC skin tones. I've read around about the skin tone panels limited to 3 columns and often only showing 6 at a time, and all you had to do was scroll down.
Even with that, all of my mods and CC work. If it helps at all, i spent 2 days figuring out CC Magic just recently. I've immediately started learning the ways of installing custom content since i bought the game a year ago, and all of my custom content and mods work perfectly.
I've tried everything imaginable i've tried deleting my default skin, hunting in master controller to see if there was a setting that's turned off or something, made sure i had mods that allow for more skin tone slots, etc. I don't think i'll get a response since i did some searching on the forum and found similar posts, but i can't get my non-default skin tones to show up at all.
